LAME characterizes climatic and thermostatic chambers to ensure the compliance and reliability of your thermostatic control equipment. Our services cover various types of chambers, guaranteeing optimal performance for your industrial and scientific applications.
Types of speakers involved
- Ovens
- Thermostatic baths
- Cold rooms
- Fours
- Fridge
- Freezer
Methodology
- Temperature measurement: The number of sensors used (between 5 and 9) is defined according to the volume of the enclosure.
- Humidity control: Checking the humidity in the center of the enclosure (for climatic enclosures).
- Verification and compliance:
- A verification report is drawn up with a compliant or non-compliant note.
- A compliance label is visibly affixed to the enclosure.
- The results are presented in accordance with international standards.
- Parameters analyzed
- Maximum and minimum temperature
- Enclosure air temperature
- Homogeneity and stability of the environment
- Setpoint deviation and indication error
Area covered
- Enclosure characterization: -20°C to 200°C
- Characterization of calibration furnaces -20°C to 1100°C
- Number of sensors (modified and put): 5 to 15 instead of 5 to 9
- Thermometry calibration IN THE LAB AND ON SITE: -20°C to 600°C
- Temperature: 20°C to 26°C
- Humidity 20% to 80%
The declaration of conformity is validated when all measured values are within the limits specified by the MPE (Maximum Tolerable Errors).
LAME your trusted partner to guarantee the validity of your measurements.
